Hurray! My first blog post about my USA trip! Though my stay in LA is a bit busy, I make sure that I take outfit photos. I need to take advantage of the cold, breezy weather (how is it connected to a photo) and beautiful sceneries (this is only shot at Lawndale neighborhood) Well, whatever. 

I am free to wear whatever I want in LA because I notice that people don't care. But I opt to wear casual clothes because it's comfortable to move especially when you go shopping to Costco and Target (my favorite).

This was taken at 7 in the evening but the sun is still out. More time to go out, more time to take outfit shots! Maybe we should practice daylight saving in our country.

Don't Let The Streets Fool You

I am so in love with street style lately! Time to let go of my usual too-feminine fashion. I collected these photos from my favorite fashion inspirations online.

What I like about this top is obviously, because of the cut-outs at the back. I'm not used in wearing this kind of a top but I'll give it a try!

It is rainy season here in the Philippines but still the weather is not as cold like in the Western countries. Sweaters are on the top of my list! This one has a unique see-through design that won't make you feel all covered up.

Classy but not trashy. I rephrase it by this look: Trashy yet classy.

Told you, I love sweaters. But this one is cropped! I am totally in love with it! Gahhhhhd. I wish I live in a cold place!

Festival look! I love the cropped top here, simple and very casual.

The print says it all. Though I don't understand it's meaning, it will be a loud statement to your style.

TROPICAL LODGE

Tropical feel outfit on a gloomy weather? Ironic! My original plan for this look is a sunny, against the light photo. Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate but it's okay because the photos looked good. 

The outfit was inspired by Archie's spoiled and rich love interest, Veronica Lodge. I can't find the digest magazine where I saw this inspiration but it was originally white and green instead of black. I just love Ronnie's sense of style and her love for fashion... I mean shopping and spending loads of money! Well, I'm not like that. LOL.

I wore this before at Erick's graduation day. I just modified it with a hat and a gold necklace.

I am not too late for the stripes trend last summer. Specifically this jumpsuit, it made my appear longer. So when you're petite, try wearing high-waisted pants plus nude pumps and you're good to go. Tee hee!

Yes, it is a studio shot! It's not usual to take blog photos in a studio but, I took advantage of our shoot for my next collection in Strings. Watch out for it!

I love the details of my long-sleeved polo, the golden bird and lock. My sister bought it from a thrifted store, and borrowed it from her. Hehe! Plus, it has a shoulder padding! I love it because it makes my figure look great? Haha!

Eye of the Growling Tiger

PLAYGROUND

Oh I wear sneakers too!

In Subic, I wore this outfit while mom and I were at the poolside eating, tweeting and watching the sunset. My dad, sister and brother were enjoying their swim at the pool that changes colors.

Inspired by the UST Growling Tigers (A Catholic University of the Philippines), I wore a tiger printed top with a matching yellow turban. Ooh my school spirit! Reminiscing the old days especially during the UAAP season. Though I haven't watched any of the games because of my busy schedule in CFAD. Haha! :-)

I really wanted to have a tiger printed top for a few months now. When I say tiger printed, it means the tiger's face! Good thing I saw my friend's online shop that she was selling this! Read more for details.
